OnlyFans is by far the biggest: almost every creator is there, with messaging and custom content. Discovery is poor (you need to know who to follow), and costs add up across creators.
Fanvue is growing quickly, with modern features and lots of AI and virtual creators. Its audience is smaller than OnlyFans and Fansly, and many accounts are AI models, which is great if that's what you want and worth knowing if it isn't.
