How they compare
ImLive and Jerkmate both earn their money from private shows, and both try to make choosing a model quicker. Jerkmate does it with a matching quiz: answer a few questions and its recommender suggests models from a pool the site says tops 35,000 a day. ImLive does it with a multi-viewer that shows up to six live hosts at once, so you can compare them side by side before you pay.
Jerkmate's currency is Gold, at one dollar each, which makes it easy to see what you're spending; models set their own rates, and the free account needs a card at sign-up. ImLive sells credits from around $30 for 25 at the time of writing, with private shows from about $1 a minute, and its Discount Club and group cams cut the cost; new members usually get some free credits.
Jerkmate is the busier, more modern site, with toy-control rooms and group Gold Shows. ImLive is older and simpler, with separate sections for men, couples and trans hosts.
