itch.io is a big indie game store, and its NSFW section lists nearly 20,000 adult games and visual novels from independent developers (19,671 when we checked), with popular titles such as Eternum and Harem Hotel, for Windows, Mac, Linux, Android and the browser. Many are free or pay-what-you-want, and paying sends most of the money straight to the developer. The section sits behind an 18+ date-of-birth check.
