Transfixed

Transfixed is Adult Time's award-winning trans studio, and it has a clear identity: stylish, story-led scenes pairing trans women with cis women, which the studio calls trans lesbian erotica. Each episode opens like a short film before moving into the sex, and the result is equal parts romantic and explicit.

What's included

Transfixed has more than 300 scenes since 2018, most around 30 to 40 minutes, and it still adds a new one most weeks (about 58 in the past year). Recent releases feature well-known trans performers such as Emma Rose, Kasey Kei, Jade Venus, Khloe Kapri and Gray Perrier alongside cis performers like Jewelz Blu, and the studio also runs featured series and exclusive content. Storylines lean on everyday fantasies: realtors, caterers, nuru massage, office scenarios.

Because it's an Adult Time studio, a Transfixed membership is really an Adult Time membership: more than 60,000 videos across over 400 channels, with several new releases a day. That includes Adult Time's other trans content and sister studios we review separately, such as Girlsway and Pure Taboo.

How you watch

Scenes stream on phones, computers, tablets and TVs, including Fire TV and Chromecast, and VR scenes stream straight to a headset. Some scenes work with interactive toys, and original content has subtitles in seven languages. There's a free episode to watch before you join.

What it costs

Streaming starts at $19.95 a month at the time of writing (October 2026), or $143.40 a year through Adult Time. A $2.95 three-day trial is available, but it renews at $29.95 a month, so cancel before it ends if you'd rather move to a normal plan.

Who it suits

Transfixed suits anyone who likes trans performers in a polished, romantic, girl-girl style. If you want trans women with men, a bigger daily-updated archive or VR first, our guides to the best trans porn sites and the best trans VR porn sites cover Grooby, TransAngels and VRB Trans.
