Kupid vs Swipey

Two AI girlfriend apps with very different pricing. Kupid AI sells one-off plans that never renew and has the best voice; Swipey is a cheap monthly builder.

How they compare

Both let you chat with an AI companion who sends voice and pictures, in realistic or anime styles.

Kupid AI's ready-made characters come with names, ages and backstories, and its voice messages are the most natural we've heard. Plans are one-off payments that don't renew; at the time of writing (October 2026) Ultra was $299 for 12 months on sale, and the free tier gives 15 messages.

Swipey is about building your own companion step by step, with fictional characters only and no photo uploads. Premium is $7.99 a month and adds voice calls, pictures and videos.
