Live VR cams put you in the room with the performer: the show is streamed in 180-degree stereo, so in a headset it feels like she's in front of you rather than on a screen. Few cam sites do it well, because the performer needs a VR camera, so the choice is much smaller than for ordinary cams.
Stripchat is the clear leader, with a whole section of rooms streamed for headsets and well over a hundred live at a time when we checked. Like its regular rooms, they're free to watch, and you tip or go private if you want more. Trans viewers can filter the same VR rooms to trans models.
The VR video sites are the other route. VRPorn and SexLikeReal both carry live VR cams next to their recorded libraries, so they make sense if you'd use the videos too; SexLikeReal's live cams come with its Premium plan. CamSoda has a smaller VR cams section, and its cheap private shows are its real strength.
You'll need a headset such as a Meta Quest: open the site in the headset's browser, or in the site's own VR app where it has one.
