How we picked

Cam sites come in two kinds. Tip-based sites (Chaturbate, Stripchat, BongaCams, MyFreeCams, Cam4) let you watch public shows free and tip if you want; private-show sites (LiveJasmin, Jerkmate, CamSoda's privates) are built around paying by the minute for one-on-one time.

We ranked them on how much you can watch free, what private shows cost, how many models are online and extras like VR rooms, cam-to-cam and toy control, using the figures in our reviews. For the cheapest ways in, see our guide to the best cheap cam sites; for one-on-one shows, our private-show guide.
