DreamGF

DreamGF, around since 2022 and run by DreamAI SRL in Bucharest, is one of the longest-running AI girlfriend builders. It says it has more than 5 million members, and the pitch is control: you design your AI girlfriend down to her face, body, outfit and personality, then chat, sext, and get voice messages and pictures back. Everything on the site is AI-generated.

How it works

You start by mixing and matching her appearance in realistic, anime or 2.5D styles, then pick a personality (casual, lewd, girlfriend, submissive, mean, cougar and others). From there you chat by text, request photos that fit the conversation, and receive voice messages. Newer features include voice calls in the browser, a "fetish generator" that turns a described fantasy into images and video, and DreamGF Shorts, AI-made story clips with new episodes weekly. Ready-made characters are there if you'd rather not build one. The same company runs DreamBF for AI boyfriends.

What it costs

The free plan needs no card and gives you about 20 messages a day, SFW only; a daily bonus adds 10 messages on the first day and one more for each day in a row, up to 50. Paid plans start at $12.99 for the first month, then renew at $25.99 a month, or $69.99 for the first year, then $311.88, at the time of writing (October 2026). Premium includes 100 tokens a month, faster image generation, unblurred images and voice. Extra tokens come in packs from $2.99 to $179.99: an image costs 10 tokens, a voice message 3, a call 7 a minute and a new companion 20. Billing doesn't show adult transactions on your statement.

Who it suits

DreamGF suits anyone who wants to design their own AI girlfriend in detail and is happy to budget for tokens. If you want the most polished all-round app, Candy AI is easier to start with; our guide to the best AI girlfriend apps compares them.
