Flirtify is a paid video-chat service: get matched at random or pick someone, then talk one-on-one. Built-in translation lets you chat across languages, and calls aren't recorded.
What's included
New users get 300 coins, roughly five minutes. After that you pay per minute in coins, at rates that differ by model. There's an Android app; iOS is "coming soon".
Good
- Free coins to start (about 5 minutes)
- Built-in two-way translation
- No recording, anonymous
Not so good
- Rates vary by model, and minutes add up
- Android app only so far
